Hint Health Invoicing:
Credit Cards: 2.6% + $0.30 (+1% surcharge for Amex)
ACH (bank to bank): No Fees
To Our Valued SMA Patients,
Automatic payments will take place on the 1st of each month
· If you pay the SMA fee monthly will now be due on the first of the month for the previous month’ services.
· If you pay the SMA fee quarterly, * the bill for the next quarter will be due the first day of the quarter start, for example 4/1-7/1/25, the bill would be due 4/1/2025.
· If you pay the SMA fee semi-annually, * billing dates are January 1st, and June 1st.
· If you pay the SMA fee annually, * the billing date is now January 1st.
SMA will excuse all late fees for a 2-month period as we continue to transition billing. Please note that for auto payment, no action is needed on your end. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me at nreeves@seamedassoc.com or call me at 206-209-4153.
Invoicing Platform - Hint Health
Attention SMA Patients: Seattle Medical Associates uses a payment platform called Hint Health. This invoicing platform provides a suite of features including payment portal, self-service payment updates, and multiple user capabilities (allowing our Front Office to assist with payment updates). You will receive a welcome email from Hint Health when you begin services. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 206-215-2550, option 2.
