MyChart Instant Activation
The quickest way to access MyChart is utilizing an instant activation code provided by the staff at Seattle Medical Associates. Patients may contact any of our patient care coordinators, and they can send you an email or text message with the activation code to expedite the sign-up process. Alternatively, you may utilize MyChart Instant Activation sign-up at the front desk before or after your next visit.
When the Instant Activation code has been sent, the you will receive a text message or email with a link to register for MyChart.
Clicking on the link pre-populates the patient's username as their email address. The patient is able to change their username, if desired. They are prompted to enter a password, verify their DOB, confirm their email address, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
When registration is complete, the patient can open the MyChart website or opt to download the MyChart mobile app.
